There is controversy across the United States about the practice of equine dentistry by lay persons versus licensed veterinarians. On Marcy 4, the Oklahoma House passed Bill 3202, which would allow lay equine dentists to practice if they have at least 80 hours of training from recognized schools, pay a $200 certification fee to the state, and gain four hours of continuing education to renew...
