Ford W. Bell, DVM, Dipl. ACVIM (Oncology), will deliver the keynote address, “From Prostate Cancer to Museums: A Veterinary Journey," on June 14 at the 2013 American Colleve of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) Forum, taking place today through June 15 in Seattle, Wash.

Bell is president and CEO of the American Association of Museums, and is a board-certified veterinary oncologist. He has more than 30 years of experience as a nonprofit executive, board chair, donor, trustee, and educator.

The 2013 ACVIM Forum will feature expert presentations for more than 3,000 veterinarians on all aspects of veterinary internal medicine. Veterinarians, veterinary specialists, technicians, and students from around the world gather to gain insights on key research, attend in-depth presentations on cutting edge diagnosis topics, and discuss current issues with leading experts.

Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, the ACVIM Forum will provide the most current information and research available on the five ACVIM specialties, including cardiology, oncology, neurology, small animal internal medicine, and large animal internal medicine
