The video is stuttering or pausing as I watch. What is causing this?

Video may stutter or pause during playback if your Internet connection is not fast enough or if your computer has an unusually slow processor or little memory. Even on broadband connections, Internet congestion or traffic can result in choppy playback or repeated buffering.

The video player says I need to update my Flash Player. How do I do that?

Our video and audio players require Flash Player version 9 or higher to be installed on your computer to work. To install or upgrade Flash Player, click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" button or visit http://adobe.com/products/flashplayer.

I don't see an video player on the page and I have Flash Player installed. What should I do?

Some corporate networks, firewalls, and ad-blocking software may prevent the player from displaying. Please check with your Network Administrator to ensure that Flash video is permitted on your network. Also, disable any ad-blocking software that might prevent Flash media from loading.

I've tried everything and I still can't see the video. How can I watch the event?

I signed up for this live event but can no longer attend. Do I need to notify you?

We're sorry you can’t join us live. However, there’s no need to notify us that you are unable to attend.

Is a written transcript of this event available for me to read?

At this time, we are unable to provide written transcripts of our live video events. However, we will post a transcript of the live chat that happens during the video presentation, usually within 3 business days.

I live on the West Coast and am unable to attend your live events because of my work schedule. Have you considered offering your events later than 5 p.m. Pacific time?

Our live events are available nationally and internationally, airing at 8 p.m. eastern time (5 p.m. Pacific time). Many of our expert veterinarians live in the eastern time zone and are unavailable past 9 p.m. to participate in our live events. I have follow-up questions to those I heard/asked during the live event. Who can answer my questions?

We're always happy to accept your questions for the Farm Call section of The Horse and TheHorse.com. However, if you have a question specific to your horse, please contact your veterinarian for guidance. Also, many of our experts are available for consultations. I submitted a question, but it did not get answered during the live event. Why was it not selected?

We receive hundreds of questions for each live event and do our best to answer as many as possible during our hour broadcast. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to every question submitted.
