2011 Rutgers Equine Science Update Scheduled for Dec. 8

The Rutgers Equine Science Center will host its 2011 Equine Science Update on Dec. 8, 2011, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The annual event will be held at the Cook Campus Center on the G.H. Cook Campus. The event registration form and directions can be found online.

The Equine Science Update is an opportunity to unite equine professionals, horse owners, farm owners, stable managers, educators, students, 4-H members, and equine enthusiasts for the purpose of presenting the most up-to-date research initiatives and work in advancing horse industry issues and challenges.

Faculty researchers and a supporting team of graduate students are currently working to further the Equine Science Center’s mission of "Better Horse Care through Research and Education
