Florida law enforcement authorities are hoping the public can help identify who allegedly stole a racing Quarter Horse from a boarding facility near Odessa.

Debbie Carter, spokeswoman for the Hillsborough County, Fla., Sheriff's Office, said the animal's trainer reported the horse missing on April 12. The horse's owner resides in Indiana, Carter said.

Carter said the horse's trainer believes that "Six of Diamonds," a 2-year-old gray Quarter Horse filly, was taken from Innfields Horse and Boarding between 9:30 p.m. on April 11 and 7:00 a.m., on April 12.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating the case, Carter said
