How do you warm up your horse's bit pre-ride during cold weather?

use a pouch with an sleeve for a handwarmer. works great, not too hot.

I use an old heating pad for my back. I plug it in, fold it in half, put the bit inside.

I also have my horse breath on it and he licks it too which helps the bit warm up

I use rice in polar fleece sewn bag, pop in microwave 2 minutes wrap bit while tacking up

I half fill a tube sock with rice, put in the micro wave for 1-2 minutes and wrap bit while brushing
