Equine Geriatrics and Unwanted Horses Topics at Colorado Clinic Tomorrow

Tom Lenz, DVM, MS, Dipl. ACT, will be the guest speaker on Oct. 13 for the Glenwood Veterinary Clinic's fourth annual horse owner's continuing education seminar on Tuesday, Oct. 13, in Glenwood, Colo. Lenz is boarded in theriogenology (reproduction) and has a special interest in equine geriatrics and unwanted horse.

The Glenwood Springs postindependent.com article noted there also will be short seminars on equine and small animal acupuncture and equine wellness.

The Glenwood Vet Clinic's seminar will be held at the Glenwood Springs Community Center. There will be a buffet dinner at 5:45 p.m., followed by Lenz' presentation at 6:30 p.m. While admission is free for clients and horse owners in the area, registration is required and seating is limited.
