USEF Names Olympic Equestrian Teams

Pending U.S. Olympic Committee approval, the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has named the following horse/rider combinations to the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team.

Pending U.S. Olympic Committee approval, the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has named the following horse/rider combinations to the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team.

The equestrian portion of the games will be held in Hong Kong. The games begin Aug. 8, with the equestrian portion to be held Aug. 9-21. See the full schedule of events.  



For eventing:

These five combinations will represent the United States at the 2008 Olympic Games.

The horses currently in the United States will ship to England July 17, where they will join McKinlaigh, Poggio, and Mandiba. These horses will enter quarantine on July 22, and will ship to Hong Kong on July 30.
