News services and government sites from Australia are stating there are now nearly 40,000 horses with equine influenza in New South Wales and Queensland. Positive laboratory tests were obtained from horses in Singleton, Wellington, Dubbo, Mulgoa, Menangle Park, Bayview, Camden, Gilead, and Rosehill in New South Wales.
