A veterinarian is tending the wounds of three lambs after a pack of dogs attacked a small herd of sheep and a pet donkey on a Davie Fla., farm. Suzy Sarna says she found the donkey named Leopold floating in a pond on her farm with bites all over his body. The carcasses of an ewe and a lamb named Buttercup were floating nearby.
Another ewe has also died since the August 16th attack. Sarna says three more wounded lambs are all that remain of the herd on her working farm.
Animal control officers called to the farm found the dogs cornering the sheep near a fence. Three dogs have been caught. The animals will be destroyed if they are found to be dangerous
