The second annual Trail and Pleasure Summit will be held Saturday, Feb. 3, at the Pritchard Community Center in Elizabethtown, Ky., from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Speakers will include Randall Mitchell, Wranglers Campground; Mike Scott, Illinois Trail Advocate; George Bain, Deputy Forest Supervisor, Daniel Boone National Forest; Deborah Sussaball, president Golden Horseshoe Back Country Horsemen of Virginia; Staci Riggs, president of the Indiana Trail Riders Association; Kevin Davis, president of Mammoth Cave Euqine Trail Riders Association; Carey Tichenor, trail manager for Kentucky State Parks; Kristen Branscu, Tourism Development Director, Kentucky Department of Tourism and Executive Director of the Kentucky Recreational Trail Authority.
The meeting is sponsored by the Trail Riding Equestrians in Kentucky (TREK), Kentucky Equine Educaiton Project (KEEP), and the Kentucky Horse Council.
The meeting is open to the general public, with lunch available for the first 100 who register.
