Each year we ask Gary Norwood, DVM, of Louisiana, to give dining guidance to the veterinarians and visitors who attend the American Association of Equine Practitioners Convention. This year’s conference is in San Antonio, Texas. In a town of fine dining, it’s hard to go wrong. You are encouraged to call the restaurants as far in advance as possible for reservations.
