SmartPak proudly announces the grand opening of its first ever retail store which will be opening its doors on August 1st. The store, located in Natick, Mass., will be the site for special events during its first weekend including free give-aways, raffles, fun events and demonstrations for pet enthusiasts. Featuring a wide array of products for horse, rider and dog, the SmartPak Store also offers the opportunity to talk to a representative about equine or canine nutrition and place orders for the company’s patented SmartPak.

“Opening the SmartPak Store has been a great aspiration of ours, and we have been working hard to bring this to fruition,” said Becky Minard, SmartPak’s founder and vice president of marketing. “The opportunity to greet our customers face to face and personally interact with them on a more consistent basis is the next step for us in offering unparalleled service. The SmartPak store provides the perfect venue. We are excited to bring an even greater level of customer service coupled with the ultimate shopping experience to our customers.”

The Grand Opening celebrations on August 5th and 6th will kick off a month of special events and promotions. Throughout August, the new store will tailor to different themes each week including pet nutrition, equipment, care, and fashion. Special highlights include veterinary and vendor guest appearances, demonstrations, raffle prizes and a tack trade-in for charity. A schedule of the events and details about the themed weekends will be available at the SmartPak Store and included in weekly newsletter emails
