The American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP), in conjunction with Edward L. Blach, DVM, MS, MBA, has launched a new web site designed to provide equine marketing data to the horse industry and the companies who make and sell products to veterinarians and horse owners. The site, www.aaepmarketview.com, provides a resource for obtaining information critical to the planning and implementation of products and services for the equine industry.

Included at the site for all users are news stories on animal health, links to other data sources, links to regulatory information, and a listing of data available in the subscriber portion of the site. Subscribers have access to a database of information that includes results of many studies conducted by the AAEP over the past five years as well as a detailed demographic analysis of the AAEP membership.

In addition to detailed demographics and veterinary lifestyle analysis, the site also includes studies that have examined veterinary and client preferences. New studies will be added and existing data will be updated throughout the year. Full, unlimited access to the site is $1,200 for a 12-month subscription.

For more information, go to https://www.aaepmarketview.com, or call Clay Murray at the AAEP, 606/233-0147; or Blach at 505/623-9990
