The Humane Society of the United States is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the shooting death of a 24-year-old Quarter Horse named Rocky. According to news reports, Rocky was found dead Nov. 20 in north central Allen County, Ind. He had been shot in the forehead. The ...
