Free Horse: Handsome retired thoroughbred needs home
I got Rocket from Turtle Rock Rescue (now closed) in 2004. The rescue gave us no information regarding his past, but he clearly knew a lot about dressage. It seemed he had been doing lessons. I rode him until 4 years ago, and he hasn't been ridden since. He came to us with a bit of arthritis, but he still moves fine and with some work maybe could be ridden again. Arthritis in my hands is making horse care too difficult to keep him.
