TCA Stallion Season Auction Approaching
The Thoroughbred Charities of America (TCA) Stallion Season Auction will take place Jan. 2-4, 2014, and will offer a wide variety of seasons, trips, tickets, unique experiences, and other auction items.
TCA was formed in 1990 to raise and distribute funds for charities in the Thoroughbred industry which provide a better life for Thoroughbreds both during and after their racing careers by supporting retirement, rescue, research, and by helping the people who work with them. Over the last 23 years TCA has distributed nearly $20 million in grants to more than 200 Thoroughbred-related organizations.
The three-day fundraiser consists of a telephone and online auction that culminates with a live Select Stallion Season Auction at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 4 at the Keeneland Entertainment Center in Lexington, Ky.
