The Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) Winnemucca District Office, in Nevada, is seeking public comment on the East Pershing Complex Gather Plan Preliminary Environmental Assessment (EA). The 30-day public comment period will close at 4:30 p.m. on July 12.
