Board certified in surgery and emergency/critical care, Munsterman completed a large animal emergency and critical care fellowship at Auburn University. She is also associate editor of Veterinary Surgery, the official journal of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, the European College of Veterinary Surgeons, and the Veterinary Endoscopy Society.
