Father's Day will probably find the super dads of American's equine racing superstars doing what many dads will do on their day: relaxing in the outdoors and basking in the sun and their offsprings' accomplishments.

Medaglia d'Oro, Rachel Alexandra's proud papa, and Street Cry, good ole dad to Zenyatta, share a lovely Lexington, Ky., hill on their home at Darley at Jonabell Farm. A recent visit found them in separate spacious paddocks, grazing and dozing within sight of each other.

Both daughters honored their fathers by winning their respective races a week earlier. Zenyatta, whose race record reads like a misprint or miracle, extended her perfect record to 17 wins with a victory in the G1 Vanity Handicap and Rachel Alexandra returned to winning form in the G2 Fleur de Lis.
