Are you an early riser who enjoys going to the barn first thing in the morning, or do you prefer spending the evening at the barn winding down from a long day? Or are you just glad to make barn time fit into your busy schedule?

In last week’s online poll, we asked our readers what time of day they enjoy spending time with their horses. More than 800 people responded and we’ve tallied the results!

Of the 811 respondents, 408 (50%) said they’d take any time they can get with their horse. Another 181 individuals (22%) said early morning before the day gets started is their favorite time to spend with their horse, while 177 people (22%) said they enjoy spending time with their horses in the evening. Another 29 respondents (4%) chose midday, during lunch, as their favorite time to spend at the barn, and 16 people (2%) said they enjoy being with their horses at specific times not listed.
