NCVMA to Host Equine Seminar for Veterinarians

The North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association (NCVMA) will host an equine seminar for veterinarians on Feb. 23 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Lectures will take place at the Pinehurst Resort, in Pinehurst, N.C., and wet labs will be held at the North Carolina State University Equine Health Center, in Southern Pines, N.C.

The seminar, which offers eight hours of continuing education for attendees, will cover a variety of topics including equine head radiography, ocular pain management, soft tissue laceration repair of the head, dental procedures, and more.

Full seminar registration includes four hours of lectures, four hours of wet labs, breaks, handout materials, and lunch. Partial registration includes four hours of lectures, breaks, handout materials, and lunch.
