2012 Olympic Equestrian Events Timetable Announced

With the start of the 2012 Olympic Games less than a week away, equestrians everywhere are preparing to cheer on the horses and riders from around the globe as they compete for Gold Medals in their respective disciplines.

The Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) has issued the final timetable for the equestrian events at this year’s Games, taking place in London, England. The times, as follows, are listed in Greenwich Mean Time.

Dressage

  • July 31—First Horse Inspection—17:30 – 19:00 GMT
  • Aug. 2—Grand Prix (Individual/First Team Qualifier)—11:00 – 15:30 GMT
  • Aug. 3—Grand Prix (Individual/First Team Qualifier)—11:00 – 15:30 GMT
  • Aug. 7—Grand Prix Special (Second Individual Qualifier/Team Final)—10:00 – 16:25 GMT
