Kansas City Police Department Public Information Officer Sergeant Emmett Lockridge said the horses’ owner contacted police last Wednesday after discovering 32 of his horses had been released from their stalls located in two barns at the Due West Ranch. "The horses have been treated and are well," Lockridge said.
