It’s Monday in Australia (Aug. 27), and horses with fevers are being monitored at Randwick Racecourse in Australia as a precaution during the current outbreak of equine influenza in Australia. RacingandSports.com.au reported the suspect horses are trained by Gai Waterhouse and Bart Cummings. Officials have required trainers at the racetrack to confine horses to their stable compounds.
