Law enforcement authorities in California are hoping the public can help locate a Miniature Horse reported stolen from its Phelan pasture 75 miles northeast of Los Angeles.

According to a written statement from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, a 21-year-old registered Miniature Horse named Runner was reported stolen on May 25. The animal is described as black in color, 34-inches tall, and weighing approximately 150 pounds.

At the time of the theft, witnesses reported seeing a man holding the horse in the bed of a small or medium-sized pick-up truck that was fleeing the area.
