The newest Horse Courses were filmed at the 2011 Advances in Equine Neurological Disease Symposium, held Dec. 6 in Lexington, Ky.

The first, "Update on Cervical Stabilization," was presented by Brett Woodie, DVM, MS, Dipl. ACVS. Woodie, a surgeon at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital, located in Lexington, Ky., discussed surgical cervical stabilization for treatment of wobbler syndrome, as well as recommendations for post-operative rehabilitation.
