Alltech News and Brews Lecture on Foal Diseases, June 27
Alltech’s Equine News and Brews Series will resume June 27 with "Common Diseases in Foals and Weanlings in Kentucky." Equine News and Brews is an informal discussion forum featuring expert speakers on equestrian topics.
The June 27 event, which begins at 6:30 p.m., will feature Dale Brown, DVM, an ambulatory veterinarian at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital, in Lexington, Ky., speaking about a variety of topics surrounding common health issues found in young horses in Kentucky.
The event will take place at Alltech’s Lexington Brewing and Distilling Company, located at 401 Cross St., also in Lexington, and will feature a happy hour prior to the start of the lecture.
Equine News and Brews is free and open to the public, however space is limited. Interested parties are asked to RSVP to equinenewsandbrews@alltech.com no later than June 26. Alltech’s Kentucky Ale family of beers will be served along with an assortment of hors d’oeuvres
