The Harness Racing Museum and United States Trotting Association will hold the second Equine Job Fair April 28 from 5-8 p.m EDT at the Museum located at 240 Main Street in Goshen, N.Y. The job fair isn't breed-specific, organizers said.

The event is free and open to anyone seeking or offering a job in the horse world. Participating employers can be seeking to fill current or future openings for any kind of job, temporary or permanent, full- or par-time, hands-on or administrative.

Employers need not have current openings to participate, as they will be able to collect resumes for future or seasonal openings. The jobs do not have to involve direct horse care; they can be administrative, clerical, or maintenance-related.

Employers who are not able to attend the event but wish to make job seekers at the job fair aware of their openings can contact Ellen Harvey at 732/780-3700 or HRCNews@ustrotting.com. Job seekers should bring at least 20 copies of their resume and be prepared to meet prospective employers, organizers said
