The British Horse Society (BHS) has reported that its "Drawing the Line on Indiscriminate Breeding" campaign continues to gain momentum as more famous faces show their support and encourage the equestrian world to "Think Before You Breed."
Olympic dressage rider Carl Hester is the latest well-known equestrian to show his support for the Society's campaign.
Alan Titchmarsh (broadcaster/novelist), Ian Stark and Lucinda Green (both eventers), and Kelly Marks (founder of Intelligent Horsemanship) have drawn pictures for the campaign, while Barry Humphries and Martin Clunes (both comedians/actors) have added their names to this cause. A lesson from David Broome (show jumper) and a visit to Carl Hester's yard were also donated.
According to the Society, all donations will be auctioned in October 2010, with all proceeds going to the BHS welfare department in support of this cause
